■ Blocky Push

Terms of use

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to using Blocky Push on blockypush.com (website and game), with or without an account. Provider: Michael Neidhöfer, Am Brunnenberg 14, 67661 Kaiserslautern, Germany (see legal notice).

Blocky Push is free. The website and game may contain advertising.

2. Account

An account is optional and intended for people aged 16 and over; younger players need a parent's or guardian's consent. One account per person. Keep your password secret.

You can delete your account yourself at any time (“Account” page), which ends this agreement.

3. Player name

Your player name is public. Not allowed: names that insult, discriminate, are sexually offensive, incite violence, infringe trademarks or other rights, impersonate others or contain personal data (e.g. full names, addresses, phone numbers).

We may reset names that break these rules.

4. Sharing your own courses

You can publish courses you built once you have solved them yourself. The server checks the solution. You can share up to 10 courses per day.

You confirm that you created the course and its title yourself and do not infringe anyone's rights.

You grant us a simple, free, worldwide right to store the course with its title and your player name on Blocky Push, display it and make it available for others to play, including via links. This right ends when you delete the course or your account; other players' results on it are deleted as well.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

Not allowed: illegal content, and titles or layouts that insult, discriminate, glorify violence, are sexually offensive, show symbols of unconstitutional organisations, or contain advertising or spam.

Also not allowed: manipulating leaderboards (e.g. automated solutions, multiple accounts, tampering with transmissions), overloading the services or circumventing security measures.

6. Reporting and moderation (Digital Services Act)

Every community course has a “Report” button (reasons: offensive content, inappropriate name, broken course, other). You can also report illegal content by email to info@blockypush.com; please include the link, the reason, and your name and email address so we can reply.

We review reports promptly, diligently and objectively. If three different people report the same course, it is hidden automatically until we decide. A human then decides whether it becomes visible again or stays removed.

If we remove or restrict content or accounts, we inform those affected by email with reasons (Art. 17 DSA) unless the law prevents this. You can object at info@blockypush.com and we will review the decision again. Your right to go to court is unaffected.

For repeated or serious violations we may remove content, delete results from leaderboards and suspend accounts temporarily or permanently, taking into account the severity and frequency of the violation.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for smooth operation but do not owe any particular availability. We may change or discontinue features, in particular develop levels, leaderboards and community features further.

We may change these terms for the future if there is a valid reason (e.g. new features, changes in law). We inform account holders of material changes in advance by email; if you disagree you can delete your account.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. As Blocky Push is free of charge, we are otherwise not liable for slight negligence.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain valid.
